If you're reading this, you've probably already done so much. You noticed something, you asked the questions, you made the calls, and you put your child's name on a list. That takes love and persistence, and it deserves to be said.
This page is about what comes next — what you can start now, while you wait. At Support Services at Scoot's Playhouse, we work with families across Vaudreuil-Soulanges, parent and child together, with or without a diagnosis.
Social Skills Group
Every child deserves to feel they belong. For some children, joining a game, keeping a conversation going or bouncing back after a disagreement takes more effort than it looks — and more courage than most of us realise.
At Support Services at Scoot's Playhouse, we run small, warm groups where children practise these skills with kids their own age, one skill at a time, and then bring them home, where they matter most. Every child comes as they are. We celebrate what they already do well and build from there.
